Payment, Shipping, & Refunds


Everything Pretty accepts payment via PayPal and major credits on our online store. If you are local and want to pick up your Pretties from our home studio in London, ON, you can pay online select the pick up option during checkout. Payment is required prior to starting the design of any products.

Processing and Shipping

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Each piece of jewelry or accessory is shipped through Canada Post's standard shipping service unless otherwise specified during checkout. Please note that Canada Post does not include tracking with standard shipping. If you would like your package to be tracked during shipping, please select an option during checkout which includes tracking.

Estimated Shipping Times
These shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Canada: 3-5 business days
United States: 5-10 business days
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
    Customs and Import Taxes
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Everything Pretty is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

    Returns and Exchanges

    • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately after your purchase, up to 12 hours, with your order number and reason for cancellation for the cancellation to be processed. 
    • Exchanges are offered on any damaged or incorrectly personalized items that do not match your order details. Alongside the exchange, you will receive a partial refund for your order. The amount will be determined once the item is looked over after return.
    • We do not accept returns on any of our products, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order as we welcome the opportunity to find the ideal resolution for you, our clients.
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
